SteveSynth Tempest Wizard is a solid first EP from Lazer Owl, with some creative retro-futuristic vibes on offer. Really liking Sideswipe as an outrun-style closer and Only One Can Go is excellent also. Favorite track: Sideswipe.

Melanie Fulker it's only a handful of tracks, yet I can't pick a favourite, it just grabs me hard every time. They're called Laser Owl, I'm pretty sure that's reason enough to buy it, but also, the music is edgey and thumpy and unapologetically electronic. Favorite track: Crystalis.

Brien Wright Driving my son to school this morning, I switched over to the Stranger Things soundtrack. He said, “No. Turn it back to Laser Owl.” Favorite track: Only One Can Go.

Absolutely stunning and holds up amazingly almost a decade later still. Great to see DT’s progression into his newer stuff while developing on the outstanding melodic synths that absolutely drive these tracks. Steel clouds over iron trees and digital onslaught just never gets old. I only wish there was a physical copy on sale. sugarox
